Issues, Changes, Problems Tracker (ICPT) was PropertyFirst.com's homemade bug tracker. There were two versions: Windows-based application (only by managers and Product Assurance/SQA department members) and Web application (accessible by employees). Employees were able to enter issues, changes, suggestions, problems/bugs, etc. Every other days, a group of people would discuss these logged records with each other for business and technical plans.
